Carina Lima, Founder of Kadunan Concierge

With a background in Human Resources Management from ISCTE Business School in Lisbon, and nearly a decade living in Portugal, Carina brings a global perspective shaped by experiences across Europe and Southeast Asia.

Her exposure to refined hospitality and concierge services, including experience within one of Lisbon's distinguished lifestyle environments, shaped her understanding of exceptional service defined by precision, attentiveness, and trust.

Having experienced firsthand the value of personalised support while living abroad, she founded Kadunan Concierge to bring a more refined and seamless concierge experience to Timor-Leste. As a young Timorese woman building a business in her own country, Carina wants to show what is possible when local talent, ambition, and international experience come together.
